ERCM Training

NOW AVAILABLE:  September 4, 2012 - The 2012-13 ERCM Online Training is now available.  This training is required annually.  You will need the Enrollment Key provided to your principal/school administrator. See instructions below for details.

Annual ERCM Online Training is required for all school principals and their emergency response teams (E-Teams), including alternates, as indicated by policy KDE. Any DPS employee is welcome to take this training as long as they have a DPS login and password. Charter schools must provide employee names (first and last) and email addresses to Michael_Mayo@dpsk12.org in Emergency Preparedness to be set up with login usernames.

QUESTIONS: Call Emergency Preparedness at 720-424-1916.  For technical problems with the training, please contact the DoTS hotline at x33888.

Please remember that each member of your school E-Team, including alternates, must take the online training and pass the certification quiz at the end of each lesson with a score of 75% or greater to satisfy the school's annual ERCM training requirement. If your team fails to complete these tasks successfully, a member of the District ERCM Team will contact your principal to set up additional training.
